Generally I will ship out orders 1-4 days after payment is processed for ready made items.
All commissioned items will have additional time before shipping.
It generally takes me a month or more to finish a commission, depending on the size.
Please take this into account before ordering.
I will give you your ETA prior to starting your commission. More info in FAQs.
I use Canada Post as my primary shipping sorce and Purolator as a back up if needed. All parcels are tracked with details sent prior to shipping.
As of right now I only ship within Canada.
Until I have a demand for my artwork in other places in the world, shipping will be limited.
U.S. Shipping currently paused.

As a Canadian seller, I love sending handmade NeedlePig goodies all over the world! That said, please keep in mind the following if you're ordering from outside Canada:
💸 Duties, Taxes & VAT
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and I cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid them.
🧾 U.S. Customers – Tariff Note
U.S. customers should be free of any tariff charges on orders. While most of my packages arrive without issue, these charges (if any) are outside of my control. As of now my art does not fall under any tariff catagory but these changes happen so frequently I can't promise this.
📦 Customs Delays
Some international orders may experience delays due to customs processing. I always ship promptly and provide tracking where possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your country’s border services.
